Q. How often can I do the DVD exercises?

A. The more you do the process, the faster you are moving through the process of positive change. Most people will do the whole process at least twice a year.

Q. How do I know if I have negative karma?

A. If you have a lot of bad luck and no matter how hard you try, nothing seems to work. Or you have a lot of negativity directed towards you in your life.

Q. Can the Summon the Universe process clear my negative karma?

A. It will clear and assist the movement of your negative karma. If you have a lot of negative karma, visit with a healer that specialises in its removal. Unfortunately, there are few that do this critical work.

Q. Some of the ideas in the DVD appear to have a selfish approach. How does this work in the real world?

A. I would suggest you watch the DVD again to allow the wholeness of the DVD message to gel with you. Some of the ideas do clash with the way most of us were raised. The whole area of karma, victim and sacrifice are new. I will be sharing much more on these subjects in the future. Progressively and consistently putting yourself first (without hurting others) will be your source of empowerment, sanity, vitality and love. Please test it for yourself and let me know of your experiences.

Q. How do you suggest I create my vision board?

A. Most of my clients paste their pictures, affirmations, etc.. on a large piece of white card (thick paper) you can source form a office supplies shop. This means you can store your old vision boards as they are flat and you do not need to disassembled them each time you upgrade your vision board. Saving old vision boards gives you a clear picture of your progress and life changes.

Q. Can I use pictures from the internet for my vision board?

A. From my experience, you are permitted to use most pictures you download from the internet for ‘personal use’. This includes your vision board. Using specific searches in google and clicking the ‘Images’ link after searching will give you lots of pictures that accurately reflect your desires and aspirations.
